QtuTrains club/MERG local area group
A group of railway modellers interested in using electronics to provide mutual support in the use of electronics in railway modelling.
Membership of MERG recommended but not required. Please check all boxes that apply.

I might be interested in joining such a group if it is near my home.

I would like further information if and when such a group is actually formed.
QtuTrains exhibition
We hope to create a permanent exhibition that runs automatically.
This might be created from scratch or by updating an existing layout.
We are looking for premises that are out of town (lower cost), but not far from town (so club members can assist), near a tourist route, but not actually on a main road (to avoid road noise). I might be interested in helping to create the exhibition if it is near my home
I know of a location suitable for such an exhibition.
I have a layout I would consider making available for a public exhibition.
I have some modelling materials I no longer want that might be useful in setting up the exhibition.
I might be interested in supporting the exhibition in some other way:

HomeStay
When premises are available we hope to have 'HomeStay' available for those wishing to work on the exhibition layout.
I (or someone I know) might be interested in the free HomeStay when its available (not this year!) and can offer in exchange my skills in:
